The Atlantic coast along the foothills of the Atlas is a unique region in Morocco which offers magnificient natural and wild spaces.
Leaving from Tamri, riding horse in this part of Morocco makes you discover a beautiful coastline, creeks of sand, coves, ragged cliffs, endless beaches and marabout houses shining with whiteness on a dry but warm ground.
Horse trekking in Morocco along the Atlantic coast also means meeting Berber tribes who live in tinny fishermen's villages hidden in coves or on rocky uplands scattered with Argan trees producing the famous Argan oil which is very appreciated in cooking and in cosmetic.
And in the end, free time left to discover the charming town of Essaouira, fortified as shown by its walls. It is also a quiet city which artists and sailors fall in love with. Exploring the haven, the narrow streets of Essaouira, the medina and kasbah of previously called Mogador is unforgettable.
