THE LAND OF REGUIBATS

RIDING IN MOROCCO: Linear circuit near Ait Milk, 56 km south of Agadir to the town of Tiznit along the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

Duration: 8 days / 7 nights / horseback riding trail 6 days

Day 1: Welcome at the airport of Agadir-al-Massira and transfer to Agadir. Night in the hotel.
Days 2 - 7: Horseback riding trail. Arrival in Tiznit at the afternoon and visitation of the souk. Transfer to Agadir. Night in the hotel.
Day 8: Transfer to the airport Agadir-al-Massira and return flight.

In the first part of the trail, we cross the Anti Atlas, where the relief is less mountainous than in the High Atlas. Open valleys criss-cross the landscape, which is embossed from great aridity. Only a few cactus plants like Euphorbia and Opuntia grow on the hillsides and some argan trees line the valleys. Argan trees grow only in the region near Agadir and are remarkably resistant to long periods of drought.

The last days of the trek lead us to the protectorate of Souss-Massa, where we can admire a great abundance of endangered and migratory birds like the northern bald ibis.

Souss-Massa also counts a magnificent richness in resettled animal species like ostriches, gazelles and antelopes.

Duration: 8 days including 6 days on the horseback.
